Registration
How to register
The registration will be available online. Potential participants are requested to fill in the registration form:
- until 31 March 2025 (early registration and reduced registration fee)
- between 1 April – 30 April 2025 (standard registration)
Registration is required to submit an abstract.
Therefore you have to register to submit your abstract within the deadline for abstract submission (end of January 2025).

Participation Fee of Regular, Early Registration and Student include:

Participation Fee of One day includes:
- Attendance to the sessions of the day
- Conference program*, Abstracts*, Proceedings**
- Coffee breaks, Conference materials
Participation Fee of Remote includes:
- Access to all sessionss
- Conference program*, Abstracts*, Proceedings
Participation Fee of Accompanying Person includes:
- Coffee breaks, Welcome reception, Banquet, Excursion, Conference materials
*The pdf files will be available on the ICCF26 website.
** The proceedings will be published in JCMNS, Journal of Condensed Matter Nuclear Science.
Videos and photographs
The organizer of ICCF26 reserves the right to record all sessions included in the program on video or photograph and to use them in any internal and external communications regarding ICCF26, including, but not limited, to websites and social media pages. By registering to ICCF26, you agree to such uses by the conference organizer.
